How do I return an item?

We stand behind every product that we make which is why we offer a 100% customer satisfaction warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your personalized case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a refund or exchange. In addition, our products come with either a 30, 60, or 90 day warranty as noted in the product description. If your personalized case breaks under normal use during the warranty period, we will replace it for free.
Our warranty does not cover damage to abuse or neglect.
